PAYMENT:We use the Paypal service for accepting payment, because it is the most safe and secure method for our customers. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still checkout easily using your credit card by means of the Paypal service. Simply click on the "Don't have a Paypal Account?" link at the bottom of the Paypal screen and it will prompt you in how to use your credit card.
Once an order is placed online at our Shop Tiny Store it cannot be canceled or altered, but items purchased here can be returned within 30 days for any reason, (please see refund policy below). For those orders shipping to locations within the state of Vermont, a 6% sales tax charge will apply.
Our goal is to ship orders within 2 to 3 business days of them being placed. If there is going to be a longer delay for some reason, we will contact you directly to let you know why and how long of a delay.
At this time we ship within the USA and Canada only. All items being shipped to destinations within the USA are sent by the US Postal Service using US Priority Mail. Orders being shipped to Canada are shipped by US Postal Service International Air. USPS International Shipping estimates it may take 6 to 10 business days in transit, but they do not guarantee their times. Our experience, is that with the USPS, times in transit vary dramatically depending the time of year and whether either the US government or your government decide to hold the package at the border for one reason or another.
Import taxes of one kind or another may be due to your government and or its postal service at the time your package is delivered. International customs clearance can be a complicated and bureaucratic process. USPS always tries to streamline the process for you, but it can still be frustrating when fees are added or packages are held at the border. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand the shipping and clearance policies of your own governments customs agencies.
Packages typically arrive in Canada within one or three weeks. Packages will not be considered lost until 60 days have passed since the day the package was shipped. At that point if the package cannot be found a replacement will be sent (if available), or, (as if in the case that the item ordered was a one of a kind original) a full refund for your order will be issued.
Because the items we are selling are precious and often one of a kind we make every attempt to pack them as well and carefully as possible for shipping. However, we do not have control over unusual circumstances that might occur in transit, so we insure all items being shipped for their full purchase cost. This insurance is calculated into the cost of shipping.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, you may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be in brand new condition, and must include all original parts, packaging and packing materials. Please notify us in writing prior to shipping any return.
We recommend that you insure your return and use a service which includes tracking and delivery confirmation; we cannot be responsible for goods that get lost, misdirected or damaged on their way back to mus. Once the item is returned the same account you used to pay for the item (or items) ordered will be credited for the original cost of the items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If, under the guidelines above, the item arrives back to us in the same condition you received it, you will receive a 100% credit. However, if there are scratches or other damage to the item due to handling or return shipping problems, we will be unable to provide a full credit.
